The Cacao selected for this chocolate is grown on the border of the Amazon Jungle in Peru by small family farmers who grow the Cacao organically to ensure they have no impact on the Amazon. Federation Chocolate takes those beans and infuses them with Gin prior to making them into chocolate.
The Cacao in this chocolate is sustainably and ethically sourced, gluten free and contains no fillers.
